This course is designed to train you the theoretical and practical skills needed behind an espresso bar. Understand the extraction of espresso and examine the quality of flavor brings you to produce the tastiest espresso. Then, the "just-nice" steaming of milk brings you a cup of balance latte and cappucino.

  • Science of Brewing- Effects of pressure profile, temperature, ratio & grinding.

  • Method of Brewing- Skills of grinding coffee beans, handling machine, evaluating & measuring the extraction.
